Hi, I'm Emmilise Santiago, founder of Becoming HER Journey.

As a mother, mentor, entrepreneur, and advocate for youth empowerment, I created Becoming HER Journey with one mission: to help girls discover their worth, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and believe in the future they deserve.

My inspiration came from watching my own daughter navigate the challenges facing young girls today. I saw firsthand the pressures of social media, comparison, self-doubt, and the constant need for validation. I realized that if we want our girls to grow into confident, capable women, we must intentionally invest in them while they are young.

Through Becoming HER Journey, I combine personal development, leadership training, entrepreneurship education, wellness practices, and real-life experiences to help girls recognize their strengths, find their voice, and step boldly into who they are becoming.

My goal is simple: to create a safe, supportive environment where every girl feels seen, valued, encouraged, and empowered to reach her full potential.

I believe every girl has unique gifts, talents, and purpose waiting to be discovered. My passion is helping them spread their wings and realize just how capable they truly are.
